RESERVATIONS AND RENTAL TERMS:
Large event reservations need to be made with a minimum of 1-2 months in advance. Rental items are reserved ONLY after a minimum deposit is put down. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE if event is cancelled. You may however use that deposit to apply to a future event.
We recommend that you finalize your reservation as early as possible. You may add more items to your order up to 20 days before the event.
Full payment MUST be made one (2) days prior to delivery.METHODS OF PAYMENT:
We accept all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Cash.
RENTAL DELIVERY & PICK UPS:
We offer delivery and pick up on all orders at an additional charge. Unless other arrangements have been made, customer must be there to check in and sign the rental contract. Upon pick-up we reserve the right to enter your yard to collect our property. Additional fees may be assessed for staircases or elevators or any area that is not easily accessible. Set up and tear down service is also available at an additional cost. Please schedule this service ahead of time so that we can allow for the time needed.
Upon delivery of equipment, client must be present to inspect and recount items. Customer must sign the delivery slip. A customer’s signature guarantees the delivery was complete and in good condition.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any discrepancies immediately. Lost or damaged items will result in a replacement charge.
Customer is charged for all rental items listed on the contract, whether or not they were used. No exceptions
Extra cleaning charges or complete replacement fees will result if linens are damaged. This includes, but is not limited to wax, ink, stains, glue, burn holes and tears. Please do not use pins, staples or adhesives on linens.
Rental items are clean and ready for use when received.
Linen: A linen bag has been included for your use. Please shake debris from linens and place in linen bag for return. No washing is necessary. Linens should be dry and free of food debris.
Chairs and tables: No cleaning is necessary. Please stack as close as possible to the same way the items were delivered.
Other rentals: To minimize the risk of damage or loss, stack neatly as close as you can to the way the items were delivered. Please store items in a safe, dry place.
SET UP AND TEAR DOWN FEES:
Set up and tear-down are not included.
