HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER:

• Email us your order or any questions you may have, including quote requests at orders@iheart-events.com or text
• Calls will  be answered after 5 pm from Monday thru Fri. You can text us at 559-903-3675 anytime for faster response.
• To speak to a staff member, please consider these hours for calling or getting a call back. (hours of operation are: Mon-Fri: 5pm-10pm; Sat. 9am-5pm, Sun: 9 am-12 pm). Leave a message or send us a text and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
• Rentals are for 24 hrs. If your event falls on a Saturday or Sunday, we can accommodate your delivery as early as Friday and pick up on by Monday evening at no additional charge.
• Some set ups such as tent and draping require early set ups. For tents with draping, we will schedule set up as early as Friday afternoon.
